William “Bill“ Blanchard, formally the General Manager for Integrity Pilot Car Services, Inc., is now the President of Atlantic Pilot Car Service, LLC., as of January 1, 2022. He is bringing his 10 years of experience to the company along with 6 years of experience as an instructor for the 8-Hour Virginia Escort Certification class and certificate issue. Currently, there is only one certified escort vehicle in operation.
